At Plastic Machining, we can create custom made plastic parts for you and your company. We specialise in CNC machining, including CNC milling, CNC routing and CNC cutting. This allows us to produce incredibly intricate designs as we use a computer that then converts your designs into numbers. This means that we can create several parts that are exactly the same, as opposed to manually making the parts, where you could expect some human error and it would be unlikely that any two parts would be identical.
We are a highly focused team who thoroughly enjoy our work. We have several repeat customers, who are always satisfied with the service that we provide, and our friendly nature appeals to our customers. We try and help everyone that come to us, and listen carefully to what you, as the customer wants from your order. As a team, we have many years of experience in the industry and are incredibly skilled when it comes to machining plastics. We ensure that all members of our team are trained and competent on the CNC machines prior to producing any parts, and any updates are made aware to the entire team. We work well together and are dedicated to our jobs. We can machine a huge number of different plastic materials, including Perspex, acrylic, polycarbonate, nylon, polyethylene, but of course, this is just a small selection.
